Walking is the best solution of keeping your body fit. Walk some extra minutes everyday and get some sweat which will help you to burn your extra fat.
Free hand exercise can also help you to burn your fat. There are some programs on TV early in the morning where they teach how to do some free hand exercise at home. Before going out, it's better to do some exercises. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Drinking water is good for your health if you get a habit to break your fasting with it. Eat healthy food ans try to avoid junk food from your menu.
